Hospital Check List

Hospital Check List

Whether its your first go around or you are an old pro, packing for the hospital is never easy because every birth is different! Here is a list that can help you for the big day! Print it out and pack it with your hospital bag.

Sometime after 32 weeks you will want to start to prepare the items you will need. *If it’s baby #2 your body may go into labor sooner & labor may progress faster than your first.

Be sure to ask your hospital or OB for any additional items or paper work you may need. Some hospitals allow you to pre-register so you are able to be admitted more quickly when the big time comes.

Although you don’t have to take a birthing class the second time around I do recommend you take a tour of your hospital or labor and delivery floor if it’s a new hospital. If it’s the same hospital be ready to say “Hi” again to the staff!
